Evolving the Library

As a group of four we were tasked with developing a way for libraries to evolve.  Our group focused on types of programming to target the "Young &the Restless".  We focused on Anime, Manga, Cosplay, Gaming, and what we would need to allow all of these to successfully take place in our library, a MakerSpace.

Rapid Prototype:
LIS Commons Redesign

Our entire class was tasked with working together in teams to redesign the department's common space.  As a member of the Design Team, my work on this project afforded me the opportunity to work with the Program Chair and the Program Coordinator the following summer on an actual redesign of the LIS Common space (please see Design and Assessment of Informal LIS Learning Spaces for further details).
